As a part of his personal journey to give back to the Las Vegas community, Attorney Adam Kutner partnered with one of the longest standing charities dedicated to helping less-fortunate children during the holiday season.
The Marine Toys for Tots program originally began in 1947 by Marine Corps Reserve Major Bill Hendricks when his wife sent him to find an agency that will support children in need and have them donate a few toys she handcrafted. When he couldn’t find an organization that provided that service, she adamantly asked him to “start one.” So, Major Bill and other Marines in his reserve gathered roughly 5,000 toys and donated them in 1947.
This year, the office of Attorney Adam S. Kutner & Associates had the opportunity to be an official Toys for Tots drop-off location for the first time. To add to the toy drive, the Adam Kutner team also held a raffle for four Vegas Golden Knights home game tickets. The donation period was held between 11/1/2018 to 12/13/2018 and one raffle ticket was given away for each toy donation.
The team is extremely thankful for the opportunity to help less fortunate children during the holiday season in any way possible. The Adam S. Kutner & Associates location was able to collect 44 bikes and 378 toys within the donation period that will bring smiles to so many children’s faces in the Las Vegas area.
