At Adam Kutner Cares, we take great pride in shining a spotlight on extraordinary individuals who make a lasting impact on their community. Today, we were able to honor Judith Waker, a Special Education Teacher at Eva G. Simmons Elementary School, as the recipient of the CCSD Community Champion Award.
For the past 18 years, Ms. Waker has dedicated her career to transforming the lives of children in Early Childhood Special Education. Ms. Waker’s work goes far beyond teaching—it’s about creating opportunities, fostering inclusion, and giving every child a chance to thrive. Her dedication to helping young learners reach their full potential has left a profound and lasting impact not only on her students but on their families and the entire school community.
