Celebrating a True ASK Community Champion: Gigi Flores

At Adam Kutner Cares, we believe in celebrating extraordinary individuals who demonstrate resilience and strength in the face of life’s challenges. Today we had the honor of recognizing 9-year-old Gizelle “Gigi” Flores as our Adam Kutner Community Champion, and we couldn’t be more inspired by her journey.

Diagnosed with a germ cell tumor in 2023, Gigi faced her diagnosis with bravery and determination. Despite relapsing in April 2024, her fighting spirit remains unwavering, and her positivity lights up every room she enters. To honor her courage and perseverance, we wanted to create a moment she and her family would never forget.

In collaboration with Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation, we surprised Gigi with a heartwarming announcement surrounded by her mom, dad, and sibling. Gigi learned that she will be attending the Vegas Golden Knights game on November 30th. As part of her special day, Gigi will ride the Adam Kutner logo-wrapped Zamboni during the game!

This memorable experience is a small way to celebrate Gigi’s resilience and bring her and her family joy during this challenging journey.

At Adam Kutner Cares, we’re committed to making a difference in our community by supporting organizations like Candlelighters and recognizing individuals who inspire us all. Gigi’s story is a powerful reminder of the strength and hope that exists within our community.

We look forward to cheering on Gigi as she enjoys her night with the Vegas Golden Knights, and we encourage everyone to send her words of encouragement and support as she takes the ice—Zamboni style!
